22 days after surgery is a very short time in the scheme of surgical recovery. Local massage to your scars will help and your plastic surgeon can show you how to do this.

When you have a teeth clean some bacteria may be distributed around your bloodstream. Therefore having a teeth clean immediately after a breast augmentation is not wise. A week beforehand should be fine.

Yyou’re much better losing weight before your liposuction as this will give you a better result. However it is not critical and you need to work around what’s right for you.

It’s impossible to tell from the  photograph whether your wound is superficial or communicates with the implant. You might ask your doctors practice if they can recommend someone for you to get another opinion from.

Unlikely at this stage. Most of the swelling has gone down by now. Nevertheless I would encourage you to live with your new breasts for a minimum of 6 months before making any decisions

Looking at your photos your breasts are quite widely spaced. To get rid of this spacing you would have to go quite large and this may not be practical. Further discussion is called for

Don’t worry about the figures. It’s all about the look. You should go back to your plastic surgeon and spend some time looking at different sizes and deciding what’s right for you.
