Thank you for your question. Often times tackling acne scars requires more than one treatment type. Based on the pictures I see above, I would recommend combination of our Fractora machine, Subcision, Bellafill, Picosure for total skin rejuvenation.

Thank you for your question. Picosure can certainly aid in the appearance of large pores and a total skin rejuvenation. I might also recommend a device called Fractora. Fractora is one the most advanced technologies on the market today using fractionated radio frequency. Both the Picosure and Fractora offer very little downtime.

Thank you for your question. I will speak on behalf of the picosure laser that we do offer at our clinic. This laser can be quite effective for tattoos and especially black ones. Now the picosure laser can be "fast" working but there are a variety of factors that can determine your results and the amount of sessions you would require. Firstly older tattoos can take a little longer being removed. You also have to consider the amount of ink used at the time, how deep it has...

Thank you for your question, I do not recommend using Retin-A two weeks before treatment and in conjunction with the picosure laser. Retin-A is a contraindication for this laser.

Thank you for asking this question. Picosure is safe to use for a 4 year old implant. Picosure address pigmentation,sun damage, enlarged pores, fine lines, scars, etc. Unfortunately this device does not address rosacea.

Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done to correct this. Fortunately, this will dissipate in a short time. Your smile before did not appear "gummy," I don't think you were a good candidate for a gummy smile treatment and this is why you are not happy with the result. I would recommend a lip flip only.
