I agree with MD responses below. Sculptra is a filler that stimulates your own body to produce collagen and build on the filler- it takes time to get maximal results. It is typical for patients to require 6 vials for full facial treatment, but not in one sitting, as the filler should be added over a period of time. I usually inject 2 vials, and then add as needed 6-8 weeks later. Without seeing a picture however, it is hard to tell if you would really need 6 vials on your first sitting...
I have continued numbness 2 weeks after injections. Is this common?

Pain, swelling and numbness are all to be expected after Kybella injections as the area experiences a strong inflammatory reaction to the injection/fat cells dissolving. This inflammation and swelling, can push down on the nerves in the area, and as the inflammation subsides, the feeling will come back.

The risk of uneven results with 2 CoolMax applicators when performing the Coolsculpt procedure, depends on the person who is applying the applicators. Thank you for your question. Bellafill is a long acting dermal filler used to fill in lines/wrinkles/acne scars. Rosacea is an inflammatory skin follicle and sebaceous gland process. There is no contradindication to getting Bellafill injections in patients with rosacea. It would be optimum to have the inflammation of rosacea under control before performing facial injections, so as to decrease swelling/redness/discomfort. I agree with Dr Steinsapir, the Iopidine drops are not very powerful. If you have not gotten significant results by now, the treatment would be tincture of time. The Dysport will wear off, and the incision should have had sufficient opportunity to heal and not re-scar.
What happens when Restylane SubQ is injected superficially into the upper Dermis/ subepidermal?

When the filler is injected too superficially, the above mentioned outcomes such as lumps/Tyndall / Bruising occur- there are no serious outcomes when the product is injected into the anatomic areas it is indicated for.
My bruising seems to be getting worse after 3 days. Should I be concerned?

Bruising after filler injection to lips is common. It can appear to get worse if the patient is on blood thinners/takes asprin/ takes vitamin E/ drinks red wine/ takes ginkgo. Ice immediately after injection helps. Taking suppliments containing arnika help as well. If it continues to worsen, consult your injecting physician
