Hair regrowth is not instant- Similar to hair transplantation and with all hair regrowth products it takes a period of time for medications/surgery to take effect. In the case of Latisse full product effectiveness may not be seen for up to 2 months. In the case of hair transplantation this can be up to 6 months as the hair initially goes into a dormancy period. It is not typical looking of a lipoma which usually do not have overlying skin discolouration and are simply soft mobile masses. It may be a cyst however you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon dermatologist or at the least your family doctor for closer examination and possible ultrasound if not easily apparent.

You likely suffer from familial multiple lipomatosis- a genetic predisposition to forming multiple lipomas across the body.
