HelloThat is a great question. How much is too much removal in modified Bullhorn lip lift? The ideal number for a female is 12-13 mm of philtrum length. However as you know, every individual’s aesthetic needs are different. I believe a 5 mm excision would be a very good amount of reduction and it will not look exaggerated or weird looking. HelloIn your photos I see evidence of submalar hollowing, deep nasolabial folds and malar mounds. I also see heavier lower face compared to mid to upper part of the face. An extended deep plane composite facelift is more effective in treating your type of face than any other facelift techniques. The complete release of the ligamentous structures and repositioning the SMAS would provide the most effective and natural appearance.
