How would you fix my body (will I need a tummy tuck)?
fixing your body
Feb 18, 2021
Good morning, and thank you for the question. I would not recommend any plastic surgery at this time to you, until your weight is a little lower. Ideally you should have BMI around 30 or lower to get the best results. Just so that you can have an idea of what can be achieved once you reach that goal, I attached a link to our web site with some photos of TT surgery for you.
Can I wear a bikini 1 year after tummy tuck?
Wearing bathing suites after tummy tuck surgery
Feb 18, 2021
We allow most of our patients to return to full exercise around 2-3 months inculding swimming and bikini, but always put on sunblock on the skin to avoid tanning the incision line (and skin cancer!). I put a link to some before after photos below for you.
How Much Does a Tummy Tuck Cost?
Cost of tummy tuck surgery in NYC metro
Feb 18, 2021
Hi Chia, You’ll find that the cost of plastic surgery will vary from surgeon to surgeon (based on their experience and level of being in demand), and also from area to area (obviously NYC and San Francisco are costlier areas in which to set up and run a practice, than rural southern U.S.). In our practice, we charge $10K for tummy tuck surgery, unless the patient’s case is such that it is significantly less or more complicated. It’s good for you to know the general ball park, so that you…
My Absorbable sutures in neck and under ears are not absorbed after 3 months and are causing pain.
slow absorption of sutures
May 22, 2019
As long as the suture is absorbable, it would be very unusual for it not to completely disappear EVENTUALLY.  This usually happens in 3-4 months, but I have seen it take up to a year in some individual.
How long should I wait to get a chemical peel TCA 35%, after having a facelift?
TCA and facelift
May 22, 2019
IN many cases, I am able to offer the TCA peel at the time of the facelift, carefully applying to the areas that can be treated.  In other cases, a patient and I may elect to treat the two areas separately.  The trick is treat each case individually and make a prudent decision, since there’s no obvious answer to this case.
Different doctors, different amounts of fillers suggested? Why?
How much filler to inject
Apr 26, 2019
Different patients (and doctors) will prefer different amounts, based on their goals and expectations.  I always suggest my patients start small, and more if they would like.  There’s no deadline.  There’s no race.  The mistake would be to put in too much at one time.  You can see the results right away, so you can literally perfect it to your desire as the doctor injects for you little by little.Find a doctor you trust, and work with them.  If you don’t trust they are giving you the right r…
I tried Ultherapy and Botox. Am I out of options for my eyelids or can I try something else before
Improving the upper eyelid
Apr 15, 2019
The two treatments you have had are the proper non-surgical treatments for upper eyelids.  In select cases, I’ve been able to make patients happy without eyelid surgery, by adding fillers and lasers and chemical peels to the above.  It all depends on what your expectations are and what it will take to make you happy with the improvement.  Of course you don’t have to have surgery if you don’t want to, but then you also cannot expect the maximum improvement.  Your age has nothing to do wit…
Is there a key to finding true revision bleph experts? Searching board cert. eye surgeons, ASOPRS
Revision bleph experts
Apr 15, 2019
You can try one of the following:- ask other surgeons in your area whom they would use- ask your primary doctor or original surgeon to recommend someone to you- seek help from a surgeon at an academic center (not always a guarantee)- consult with several surgeons yourself and gauge whom you think is the best person from personality, character, and experience standpoint, to help you.Above all, make sure they are board certified in the right specialty (plastic surgery, oculoplastic, or facial…
Is it safe to do Ultrasound Therapy in neck and jowls myself at home? Am I doing the best treatmen
Ultrasound therapy for scar tissue
Apr 15, 2019
This would be about as safe as fixing your own brakes at home.  If you are a trained automotive tech, then you might be safe changing your own disc brakes.  Of course you can look it up on youtube, but it’s not the same as being trained and experienced.IN this case, if you are trained and experienced at treating scars with ultrasounds, then you might be fine.  If not, how do you that you are doing the treatment safely, and more importantly, how do you know that you’re doing it CORRE…
