My advice to you at around 6 months post op is to wait and do nothing now.
Give it a couple more months to settle down.

You have injected hyaluronic acid under your eyes which have a risk of blindness and had a bad result leading to a need for enzyme injection( not unusual). Now as I understand you consider doing it again?

This is highly dependent upon who and how the grafting is performed. I see videos that make me cringe.
Aspirated fat must be properly "cleaned" prior to injection. There are many steps to assure a high percentage of fat graft survival.

Better photos would help, it looks like this is just de pigmentation in the scar. It appears perfect for adding the properly selected color of the surrounding skin to be inserted into the white scar. "Filler" will not do that. IPL will not add color to a scar. It look like your best bet is what is called Camouflage Tattoo.

It is unlikely that a laser will improve your neck scar. You will have to wait until the scar is a lighter color than the surrounding skin and then have the color of the surrounding skin inserted into the scar with a camouflage tattoo technique Results are rewarding

These can be cut out and re sutured, which I have done, but it can be a lot of work.
Now we are doing camouflage tattoo. Matching the color of the surrounding skin and inserting this ink into the scar to make it blend in and much less visible.

Scars are only made of collagen. There are no cells in them which make pigment. That is why the color of the scar is different than the color of the areola.
The best(and easiest) way to improve this is to add the color of your areola to the scar. This is done by something called camouflage tattoo. It is not the kind of tattoo you usually associate with the word tattoo, but the color of your areola is driven into your scar with the same equipment.

Sorry this happened to you. It is not uncommon for people to have color problems in the vertical limb or areola area after lift pexy. Your best option is scar camouflage tattoo. The white color of the adjacent skin can be used to cover the brown. Surgery would not be required.
My only concern is your statement of it turning white when pressed on and how long you are after surgery. Good luck
