Dear Maddie,Thank you for your question.  They could possibly move back after one week of surgery with the cast being removed.  Sometimes the cast is taken off after ten days, then taped for another week.  We tell our patient's to take care not to bump or press on their nose while it's healing, especially the first six weeks after Rhinoplasty.  Best of Luck!Shumway Cosmetic Surgery

Dear Reader,

Thank you for your question!  It is difficult to tell from the pictures.  Usually upper lid blepharoplasty would be recommended to make both eyes symmetrical.  You could also have one eyebrow that is arched higher than the other making one eye open larger than the other one.  In this case you could do a brow lift to correct the symmetry.

An Alar Wedge reduction (bringing the nostrils in) would help your nose not to appear so wide at the base when you smile. Dear Jaximus,You need to definitely consult with an experienced surgeon, preferably a Board Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. Price will vary from different surgeons but average would be approx. $4000. to $6000. You would need an exam to receive a definite quote.
