However, if you have ptosis and do not need a blepharoplasty, there is an internal approach to ptosis repair which would not need an external incision and in many cases has advantages over a levator approach. You will probably need a combination of treatments to correct the line. Botox and fillers could be a good start. Laser resurfacing could be used later, depending on the result from the injections.

The eyelids certainly can be corrected at your age. We often operate on older people. The key is whether you want the operation, and if you are able to tolerate it well. You will need a consultation with an Oculoplastic surgeon to determine this.

You have a condition called ptosis (droopy eyelid). You need to see an Oculoplastic surgeon to figure out why you developed the ptosis (were you born with it, did you have trauma, age, etc.) and then an appropriate treatment plan (usually surgery) can be implemented.
