This patient had undergone a previous rhinoplasty by another surgeon without achieving her goals. She still had significant difficulty breathing as well as a dorsal hump. Her surgery involved straightening of her septum and profile re-contouring. Her nasal breathing significantly improved as did her appearance with rhinoplasty surgery!
