This patient had significant difficulty breathing as well as a prominent dorsal hump. Her surgery involved straightening of his nasal bones and septal cartilage, shortening her nose, and re-sculpting her nasal profile. Her nasal breathing significantly improved as did her appearance with rhinoplasty surgery!
