Thank you for your question. The short answer is no, not every person with a breast augmentation looks saggy after pregnancy but many do and need a lift after the complete breast feeding. If you are not planning on having children soon I would recommend going ahead with the surgery.

Thank you for your question. The answer depends on several factors: have you had pregnancies? Are you trying to get a flat stomach or an hour glass figure? If I'm just going by the photo you provided, I would say you need lipo 360 and at minimum a mini tummy tuck. Again I could give you a better answer by an in person examination.

I don't think that the varicose veins are a particular contraindication for a tummy tuck, but a tummy tuck will cause slowing of venous return to your heart from your legs. This may cause a blood clot in your veins that can go to your heart and lungs. For that reason I put all my patients on blood thinner (Lovenox) after the surgery. Consult with your surgeon for more information on the subject.
