There are several factors that can influence how quickly a breast implant drops such as size, how tight the pocket is, handedness, and muscle thickness among others. Liposuction will remove excess fat while a tummy tuck will repair the muscle separation in the abdomen that occurs from having children and remove excess skin. In order to be a good candidate for treatment on the outside thigh there must be a true “saddle bag” to treat. Treating directly over the buttocks is not an approved area.
