You need to be formally examined by your Plastic Surgeon or find a Plastic Surgeon experienced in Breast Implant Revision
There could be multiple issues occuring – the most likely is capsular contraction causing the implant to be come firmer and more rounder with pulls on the natural breast crease causing that deformity. It could also be window shading where the muscle on that side is pulling on the capsule as it has retracted higher causing a active deformity to the lower pole.

You would most likely need a small breast lift depending on the shape and volume of the breast implant chosen. While this can be done as one operation – it is ideally done as 2 separate operations to give the best control over shape and size.

Burning sensation in the breast after breast augmentation is very common. Often the nerves supplying the breast are stretched / bruised and when they wake up / start healing you often get a nerve type of pain which can be stabbing / sharp pain or burning type of sensation which often settles over the first 3 to 6 months.
It would be very unlikely to be an implant rupture at this early stage but best for you to follow up with your surgeon and discuss your concerns

It is best that you follow up with you surgeon in person to discuss your concerns, as photos can be misleading.
Looking at your preop photos, you might have had a very mild tuberous breast with short nipple to breast fold and this may be the reason that your areolar have remained low and contributes to the cone shape. With tuberous breast we often add fat grafting to the lower pole of the breast to help round out the breast shape and small periareolar lift to elevate the areolar

Breast implant infections can be very serious if not treated correctly.
Most often this might be a minor wound issue at the incision line and will settle with simple measures, but if there is a true infection around the implant this may need other treatment, including removal of the implant for 3-6 months.
If you still have fluid leaking out after 2 months than a second opinion may be warranted and also an ultrasound to see if there is fluid surrounding the implant.
