You need to be examined by a board-certified plastic surgeon to see if you are a better candidate for a mini tummy tuck or a full tummy tuck. You would likely add liposuction to either procedure. With either procedure, one can perform a rectus diastasis repair.

Very good question. If you would consult with 10 different plastic surgeons, you might get slightly different answers to your questions or the proposed procedure. Some surgeons are more conservative and not willing to take the additional risks of operating on somebody that is overweight or obese. This definitely carries a higher risk of multiple issues surrounding surgery, healing, and anesthesia.

From the photos, it appears that you would be a better candidate for a tummy tuck. Liposuction alone will not tighten the skin. If you just want a flatter contour in clothes, then liposuction may be sufficient. But if you want a better contour and tighter skin for a “bikini body”, then you would likely need a tummy tuck.

It is difficult with one photo to be able to make a real determination. Your one nipple and areola seems to be a short distance from your crease in the bottom of your breast, which would be considered tuberous. You need to be examined by a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss a plan and expectations.

You are a candidate for either fat grafting or an implant. It is all based on what you desire. About 2/3 of fat injected should be maintained. This will give a very natural appearance but will give you a maximum augmentation of about 1 cup size. It could help correct your asymmetry. An implant can give more upper breast fullness and two different sized implants can be used for better symmetry.

If you just undergo a breast augmentation, many patients think that since their entire breast will be larger, then their areolae will look smaller. However, the areola skin will stretch just like the rest of the breast skin after augmentation. Every surgeon has slightly different recommendations for limitation of activities after breast augmentation. I would think you would need at least a few weeks and possibly up to 6 weeks before carrying heavy serving trays.
