Proportion wise, you would suit a larger breast size (not too large) but recommend you weigh the risks versus benefits. Thank you so much for your inquiry and photo. Judging by the look you desire, a multitude of treatments/procedures may be required. Things to consider are: brow position – botox can only elevate the brow so much without producing a “surprised” look which is very unnatural. Administering a typical “brow lift” botox amount would be a great place to start. Thank you so much for your question and photos. I do not believe that botox will provide you with enough of a lift to make a substantial difference to your upper eyelids. You are an excellent candidate for an upper blepharoplasty. The procedure provides amazing results with very little downtime and very little (if any) pain. Hello and thank you so much for the great question!! Taking pain medication post surgery is completely optional. Oftentimes, patients prefer not to use narcotics for pain management. Regular Tylenol can be used safely to help ease discomfort if you’re comfortable taking that. Icing, lymphatic massage also provides comfort from post surgical discomfort.
