In one photo the droopy hooded eyelids are evident and in the next one they are not ( probably the smile has influenced the appearance)
You should consult with a plastic surgeon as an in person examination is necessary to determine the cause and the right options. Weight loss does not influence the position of the eyelids

Thanks for your question.Fat transfer does not prevent an ectropion. Fat transfer enhances the volume of your cheek and indirectly supports the lower eyelid. It is an important adjunct and if indicated, best performed at the time of surgery. The reason there is so much mixed info, is because of the simple fact that not all fat that is injected will survive. So have a discussion with your surgeon.Best

You have features suggestive of significant volume loss of your cheek bone. So the primary goal is to replace the lost volume and correct the imbalance. Because, loss of cheek bony volume results in loss of lower eyelid support. Because of this you would be considered high risk for PBLR ( post blepharoplasty lid retraction). Fillers alone ( you would need a large volume). If you are having surgery, then fat grafting would be a good idea along with a mid face suspension/liftBest wishes

You can reduce the breast to any size you want to, but most Plastic Surgeons will offer you a reduction that is proportional and hence natural looking. If you have a ‘Big’ reduction, there is a technical risk of compromising the blood supply to the nipple, hence the PS will use this argument to minimise your risk. If it helps, you should get a second opinion, as one can give you advice only after a clinical examinationBest
