How many moles is it safe to have removed at one time?

It is safe to have this number removed at once. Means just one down time period and yes you will have some discomfort but only for a couple of days. It should not be tight. The infection risk is minimal. I would regularly do a large number at a time with no consequences. It is just dependenent on the patient and the only matter is if done under local that each mile will require some local Anaesthetic and this could be uncomfortable.
Is it ok to wear a bra to bed 8 weeks post op?

I do not think you need to wear a bra to be at 8 weeks. It will jot help with Brest shape at this stage. There is no harm if you wish to do so.

Hello and thanks for your question.This is an difficult question to answer. It is very dependent on your existing breast volume and something that most surgeons will not be able to answer accurately. Thete te is also some swelling post operative that will take several weeks to settle before you will know your exact post augmentation breast size.When doing implants post operative cup size is just too difficult to predict.RegardsStephen Salerno

Hello and thanks for question and photos.I would suggest implants only as your nipple looking at the photos is not that low that it requires to be lifted.I would think if you just have implants this should fill your breast envelope adequately enough and also raise your nipple a little.Unsure what size implant at this stage as I usually base this decision on measurements of your breast base. Hello and thanks for the question.it is difficult to answer this question without seeing the mole up close. It is most likely not going to be cancerous if it has not changed recently. There are a nber of things moles can be and the majority of the are not dangerous. I would recommend seeing dermatologist or plastic surgeon who will be able to assess it properly and give you some reassurance and if it is needed or you prefer it then it can be removed and sent for testing…
