Your initial pain was likely due to the pressure from the mole which can affect the underlying sensory nerves in the scalp. A benign mole such as this not only has a top portion which you can see, but a bottom portion that is present deeper in the skin. When pressed, this bottom portion can push against a nerve and cause pain. Your biopsy procedure was most likely a shave biopsy which removed the top portion and left the bottom portion. As a result, the mole has regrown and your discomfort...
Can I dye my hair the day after Botox injections?

It would be perfectly fine to dye your hair the day after a Botox treatment. Even if you were to develop an allergic reaction to the dye, there would be no effect on your Botox treatment.
Am I suppose to see needle marks by the 3rd day after Juvderm injections?

Injection marks after filler treatments are common and should go away after a
week or so. You can apply a vitamin K cream to help them resolve more
quickly. However, the most effective treatment for post injection marks and bruising is the V Beam (pulsed-dye) laser. One treatment can remove the marks in 1 to 2 days.
