Two main treatment options are based on silicone. Sheets work well but are a pain to keep on the area. If you combine it with a well fitting pressure garment then the compression will not only help the scar but also to keep the silicone sheets in place. To be effective you need to keep the sheets on the majority of the time. An alternative is to use silicone gel. Much easier to use and just regularly apply it.

You really need someone to help you with your wounds if you’re having issues. Small areas of wound opening can occur, but can go onto bigger problems if not managed correctly. If it hasn’t healed in the first instance there is usually a reason why, such as minor infection, that may need to be addressed. You’re taking antibiotics, but your infection may be resistant and without wound swabs with cultures you wont know.
Two weeks ago i had my arm lift but they keep getting bigger.
Needs wound swabs, regular dressings and debridement.

You’re experiencing a wound breakdown that might of occurred for a variety of reasons. You should see your treating surgeon, they should be managing this for you. Wounds like that will take regular dressings +/- further surgery to clean up and start the healing process. It will take a while, but will eventually heal.
