You should expect a good response with Botox to decrease the upward pull of your lip. Lip filler would be a nice touch, but Botox alone will help. You could start with Botox, wait 2 weeks then evaluate if you would like to try filler.

Truthfully, photos would help. If you can, please consider posting a few photographs. Lifting does not only come from filler. Ultherapy targets collagen to remodel it and stimulate Neo-collagenesis = New Growth. Sculptra Aesthetic is an injectable that stimulates your body to produce collagen. That collagen provides excellent support and lift to the areas where the product is injected. You should look into this option as it can be dispersed in a pattern to assist with skin laxity.

I think that Profound RF is a good option for scarring in darker pigmented skin, as the needles penetrate deeper to avoid the epidermis. You may be requested to use Hydroquinone 2-3 weeks in advance. Once, healed Retinol may help. Sunscreen is a must. 50-70% improvement is on the high side after only one treatment and if the scarring is deep. A more aggressive approach would be CO2 Fractionated Laser. It would make a significant difference for you. Antibiotics for simple Mitral Valve Prolapse is not recommended often or for most procedures. Microneedling with MVP does not require prophylactic antibiotics.

After filler, you should focus on pigment with topical options that can lighten the tissue. Hydroquinone alone, Hydroquinone + Viatmin C, or Hydroquinone + Vitamin C + Kojic Acid are products that can help with skin brightening. I would try that first before moving on to invasive lasers.

I personally think that you would have a good response to CO2 Laser. It could take 1-3 treatment, hopefully no more than 2. A combination approach to scars is very effective. CO2 appears to be needed, as lesser invasive options are not reaching the result that you would hope for regarding your facial scars. The depth of CO2 for controlled injury and remodeling of tissue is what you will obtain results with- I hope this helps.

I would suggest Needle Subcision to release the scar tissue. Once the scar is lifted, you have several options for improving the texture of the skin, including Sculptra, Microneedling, or PDO smooth threads. If you have any hyperpigmentation issues or develop keloid scarring, that is important to tell the Doctor that treats you.

There are many factors here. 1) Sculptra creates a controlled inflammation - If you are any medications that could suppress this, your result may be impaired. 2) It is known that any event that the body perceives as a trauma - liposuction - can exacerbate MS. 3) I would not do anything without discussing with your Neurologist. At least, take the time to gather some information from your Doctor who is managing your MS.

I think you would like the aesthetic result of filler that could bring the chin forward. Adding filler slowly to add more protrusion without more length, can be accomplished. Botox or Dysport to the Masseter muscles will slim your lower face and elongate your face more. I do not think you need that. I would actually recommend cheek filler to give more prominence to your zygomatic arch. It would shape your face well and will compliment the chin filler.

Although HA fillers do retain water, some have differing properties related to their composition that allows them to be more flexible versus being more firm. Restylane Lyft is a firm HA filler and it does a great job with contouring. The effect looks more firm and does not appear "doughy" when used in the right location.
