You appear to have prominent fat pads on the lower eyelids with herniation or laxity of the orbital septum. This creates a shadow effect resulting in dark lines.
I would recommend a fat reduction surgical technique such as transconjunctival partial fat pad excision and re draping in to the tear trough area with some spare fat.
Non surgical option would be the use of filler.
Some patients have natural skin pigmentation in addition to any shadow effect, this is difficult to treat.

Lipofilling breast after implant removal

Hi, that’s a great question. Implant removal at the same time as fat injection is becoming one of my more common procedures. Removing implants with complete capsulectomy takes away any foreign material and lipofilling the breast during the same operation helps to provide some volume and shape which would not be present with implant removal alone. Only a modest amount of fat can be injected at one go so any volume increase is only ever 100 – 150cc per breast. Hence it may need to be repeated…

Thanks for the question. You have loose skin which would be best treated with a full abdominoplasty. I do not feel you would get the correction you would be happy with from a mini abdo.

Given your recent wound issues it looks like everything is stable. You should continue to see your surgeon for regular checks.

The final result after a rhinoplasty takes at least a year for everything to settle. I am not sure how long it has been since your surgery. I suggest you discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

You should not get too fixated on the shape of your breasts in the first few days / weeks. The final results take many months to settle in. Patience is the key.

Capsular contracture if it occurs tends to come on very slowly over years rather than the first few weeks. All breasts feel firm and hard initially after augmentation, the tissue will stretch and soften with time. Patience is the key.
