In order to adequately answer your question I would have to review your photographs. In general eyelid procedures are more common than brow procedures. If one simply presents with excess upper lid tissue a simple upper lid procedure is all that is needed. If one presents with fullness along the lateral upper lid area because the brow is hanging lower than it should a blepharoplasty alone would not be ideal.

Very good question. Breast implants are meant to be placed directly under the breast with the nipple sitting over the center of the implant ideally. A breast augmentation will augment what you already have but will not place the nipples closer together.In many cases the shape of one’s rib cage will determine where the breasts sit on one’s chest.

I perform the radio frequency procedures using Bodytite these procedures work extremely well on the neck,arms, medial thigh’s ,and tummy along with some other areas. I do not feel that it is a good technique for breast enhancement. It can tighten the The breast skin a bit but that’s about all that you will get out of it. I would recommend a breast augmentation.

After reviewing your photos it appears that you have some sagging of your breasts. This is called ptosis. A breast augmentation alone may be helpful but I feel that you would be more satisfied with one of the various breast lifting procedures along with the placement of an implant.

I ask my patients to remove the piercings for two reasons number .I do not want to risk any contamination in the area of the breast augmentation surgery. There is some concern of burns that occur when using an electrocautery devise during surgery when people have metal piercings.I will often put the piercings back in before the patient wakes up from anesthesia.

This is a very good and common question in my practice. I feel that an FDL will give you a tighter more shapely abdomen however then you have the long vertical scar. At this point you have no vertical scarring on your abdomen. I would rather have you do a tummy tuck using the standard transverse incision with associated liposuction sometimes called lipoabdomenoplasty. I think that this would make you happier with your result.

There are safety mechanisms such as automatic cut off that go into affect when using bodytite. These are there to help prevent burns. Superficial burns are still possible however the risk of these go down as the surgeon performing the procedure becomes more experienced.

It is normal to have swelling of the lower extremities after liposuction and or bodytite to the thighs.The most severe swelling to the lower extremities will resolve over the next 1 to 2 weeks the results from the liposuction /bodytite procedure will be seen over the next six months most of the result will be seen over the first three months.

Body tight along with liposuction of your arms will give you the best result possible short of having a formal brachioplasty procedure with visible scars. I have been very happy with body tight when used on patients such as yourself. I would go to a surgeon who has significant experience with body type.
