Thanks for your question and images. I agree there is some asymmetry currently but there is also a lot of swelling post surgery. The best thing at present is to remain calm and patient. Follow your surgeons instructions. I do find nasal shaping exercises at this stage beneficial but chat to your surgeon about these. RegardsDr Guy Watts

Thanks for your images and question. The great news is is that your surgeon is correct. The wound will heal extremely well and very unlikely to cause any problems with scarring. The upper eyelid is one of the most ideal areas on the body for an incision and the scars and almost uniformly ideal. Some surgeons have said you almost do not need to suture the upper eyelid closed as it heals so well - it would be hard to find a surgeon today though that would use that technique. Thanks for the question and images. It is true that if the skin and soft tissues are stretched over an implant then removal may lead to some sagging. It is impossible to predict 100% but the solution is a skin tightening procedure whether that be a non surgical or surgical technique. Thanks for your question and images. From the images you do have increased lower eyelid scleral show. From the profile view you do not appear to have significant proptosis but you mid facial skeleton is weak and retrusive. The options for improvement include canthopexy +/- infraorbital augmentation with implants or fat grafting. Thanks for your question and images. In short the answer is no. Unfortunately, everyones nose is unique and it is impossible just to choose another nose and request to have the same one. All the surgeon can do is identify the features that you like and where you nose differs and utilise techniques to improve the similarities between the noses. Thank you for the question and images. Congratulations on the significant amount of weight loss that is a real achievement. In my practice I would offer you to main types of reconstruction. An augmentation mastopexy with implants or a auto-augmentation and mastopexy. The latter utilises the excess skin and subcutaneous fat from your back to augment and add volume to the breast. This can avoid the need for an implant to create upper pole fullness. It obviously needs to be discussed in detail...
