You are beautiful! But Botox will help to soften the bunching around your eyes when you smile. We should all have some movement/scrunching around our eyes which we refer to as “crows feet”. A little movement is needed as we express ourselves with our eyes and our smile. But we can soften the amount of bunching that occurs with a little bit of Botox. Hope this helps!

Hello, I think fillers would be the most predictable way to address the tear trough on the left side and have it better match the right side. However, an alternative to filler would be “skin resurfacing” options that could stimulate collagen and help that area look less hollow (more smooth). Resurfacing options to stimulate collage would be microneedling or something like Morpheus (microneedling with radiofrequency). “Resurfacing” options are less predictable and require multiple sessions….

First of all, you are beautiful! Many patients come in requesting filler to create high cheekbones and defined jawline. I would start with Botox to the masseter to slim the jawline and lower face. You could also consider some filler to lengthen/slim the chin and face. But I would start conservatively with Botox and see if that helps before turning to filler.

Hello, it’s possible that the bulge you are seeing is due to filler in the “wrong place” or migrated filler. It may just also be some skin laxity near your nasolabial fold looking like a bulge. It can be hard for us to assess from just one photo. I would get a second opinion from an experienced provider and injector with an in-person consultation.
