Size is determined by base width of breast, skin pinch quality and desired volume change.If you are 5ft 2 inches and 116 pounds— this size implant will not only stretch our your skin and breast parenchyma,. You will definitely look matronly, and your clothes will not fit. In addition, you will definitely need a breast lift in the future. I would stay in the 350-375 cc range. Btw, every 150cc is 1 cup size.

You are a good candidate for a Liposuction 360, from the picture I cannot tell if you have any lower abdominal stretch marks. However, even with stretch marks, I have seen patients have reasonable results as long as they wear compression, garments and lipofoam and later abdominal board for 12 weeks after surgery. It is not unreasonable to request that your plastic surgeon do an exchange, especially if you did not discuss this size and the details prior to surgery. Implant selection should not be done on the day of surgery. Any reasonable plastic surgeon will perform the exchange, but you would be responsible for the cost of the operating room and anesthesia. You can do an abdominoplasty with liposuction and breast lift. But I would never add a thigh lift to this. The surgery I just described would take 6-8 hours. I would not recommend a thigh lift with this combination of surgery. The risk of infection, deep venous thrombosis, wound healing issues and other such complications will increase with the duration of anesthesia and surgery. Plan to stay there for 4 weeks. Because flying back too soon is dangerous. Increase risk of blood clots, etc....

You are a candidate for a panniculectomy but you would have much better results if you lost 30-40 pounds and then undergo an abdominoplasty, this way your rectus muscles can be tightened and the abdominal skin removed. You carry most of your weight in your abdomen.Removal of the skin can help as a temporizing measure while you loose weight, as long as you are realistic about the results. It would make you feel better and improve your quality of life.

Congratulations on your weight loss. You do not need a brachioplasty. Liposuctions of the arms and compression after will improve the appearance and should allow some skin retraction. In order to make a brachioplasty scar worthwhile you need to have significantly more loose skin.You do need an abdominoplasty and liposuction to improve your shape and remove the loose abdominal skin. I would suggest fat grafting to the breasts to improve the asymmetry and to moderately increase their volume.

You are young, never had children, and from the picture you have pretty good skin quality I do not see why you would need to undergo a rectus diastasis repair if you have not had children. I believe you would have a great result with liposuction of your abdomen and waist possible back bra roll.
