This is a 63 year old gentleman who started to see dark circles under his eyes, looseness of the upper neck and sagging of the cheeks. The doctor noticed significant hollowing under his eyes, and sagging of the cheeks and jowls. He performed fat augmentation of the lower eyelid region, an endoscopic midface lift, Uplift lower face and neck lift, and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of the eyelids and forehead. The patient is shown before and 6 months post-operatively. Notice how he looks refreshed but still masculine. His under eye hollowing has improved due to the fat transfer, and the cheek fullness and jawline enhancement has been achieved with the endoscopic facelift.
