This is a 29 year old woman who desired a smaller, more refined, feminine nose. She felt her tip was droopy and she wanted a curved bridge to her nose with an upturned nasal tip. The doctor, a double board certified rhinoplasty expert, performed a rhinoplasty to accomplish these goals. The patient, shown before and almost 1 year post-operatively with her new nose and profile.
