Dents are always annoying because they can happen anytime. The best thing to do is to avoid surgery and fill it with something - a dissolvable filler first to see how it looks, and then if it looks good, when the filler goes away, place Silicon for a more permanent effect. You do appear to have a small dent, and while that can be corrected with more minor surgery, it's not necessary to go through that. I assume you don't want filler because you have to keep repeating it. But silicone can be used as micro droplet injections to fill it in permanently. Surgery would be the best course to add strength and support to the tip, which will then better resist drooping and spreading when you smile. Filler placed may give a little better definition in the tip and botox placed at the base of the nose can reduce the contractions that spread the nose, but you have to go to an experienced injector for that.

In general, a facelift (of any kind) is not done for skin laxity. It's done for descent of deeper tissues and the skin just comes along for the ride. In your early 30's, I doubt that there is a lot of deeper tissue falling yet. For skin that is looser, it's better to work on skin rejuvenation techniques including peels, Fraxel, etc., because pulling on the skin with a lift is only going to give problems over time.
