Thank you for your question.Fillers can retain water and induce swelling to different degrees and this really varies on the location where they were injected. It’s sometimes a bit of trial and error to find a product that works for you and your body.  Some of the Juvederm products are highly crosslinked which can cause some fluid retention.  Revanesse, Belotero, and Restylane are good alternatives depending on the area you are hoping to correct.  You may want to consider visiting your prev…

Thank you for your question and your helpful photo.The area on your lower lip looks like something termed “Actinic Chelitis”.  It is not possible to know for sure without examining you and this is by no means a formal diagnosis.  I’d encourage you to see a Facial Plastic Surgeon, Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon or Dermatologist for a thorough history of the lesion, examination, and possibly a biopsy.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question and helpful photo.  Chin augmentation using filler is a relatively quick, easy, and painless procedure that you appear to be a good candidate for.  My suggestion would be to wait for at least 4-6 weeks following liposuction as some residual swelling can persist which can sometimes make it difficult to evaluate how much of an augmentation is desirable.  You don’t want to be augmented, have the swelling go down, and then look “over done”.    I tend to be fairly…
