This woman of mixed European and Asian descent presented with the concerns of reduction in her profile as well as jowling. She stated that she noticed this while taking "selfies" over the past few months. She wished to address these two areas after having failed treatments with ultherapy and another unknown laser.
Together we decided that the best treatment for her concerns would be to tighten both the muscle and skin of her neck and jawline along with sculpting the fat under her chin. In order to create a more dramatic profile, we also decided to add a silicone chin implant to her treatment plan. Her lower facelift, necklift, and chin augmentation were performed on the same day all under local anesthesia in our Center.
