Perhaps this may help, You'd benefit from a Pre-jowl chin implant and revision neck and facelift. The chin implant will fill the pre-jowl area and make the jowl appearance soften. Hope this helps and God Bless!Dr. Robb Jr.

Hello and thanks for your question, An in person evaluation should be held to see what exactly is going on with your nose. It does appear in your photos that the tip is deviated. This itself can impair breathing. Other things that need to be evaluated are the septum, inferior turbinates, and the valve systems. I would recommend seeking the advice from a surgeon who performs a lot of rhinoplasty and these sort of surgeries.

Thanks for your question, You're young, the wrinkles under your eyes appear in the photo to be caused by the muscle underneath the skin causing the wrinkling. If this bothers you, then botox or similar product can be used very carefully in that area to relax the muscle and smooth the area. Hope this helps and God Bless!Dr. Robb Jr.

The answer here is going to be lift. I tend to employ a mini lift or lunch time lift in patients like this. This is a minimal downtime procedure which results in smoothing out the jawline and helping the corners of the mouth. Thanks for your question. Ideally, you do both at the same time which in my hands, results in a more natural rejuvenation because we're addressing the 2 main symptoms of aging- facial fat atrophy and sagging... If you can only do one, and I'm merely speculating because I haven't examined you, but I'd tend to favor the facelift first followed by fat grafting.
