talk to your doctor sooner rather than later as you may need antibiotics.

It depends on your skin type however swelling can take years
to settle down, and the longer you wait before considering revision the better.
We have had patients come in who are 4 years post op and their nose looks even
better and more refined than it did at 2 years post op!

It is best to wait at least 12-18months before considering
revision surgery. This allows your nose to fully heal and settle down and
allows for the swelling to subside which would show the true results of your
surgery and what could potentially need to be done to correct it.

You are still in the very early stages of settling down.
Swelling can often distort the nose and can change every day for the first few
months. Unfortunately you just need to be patient and wait for the swelling to
subside before you will see the final results of your rhinoplasty.

tell if your asymmetry is swelling or not. During the first few months swelling
can distort the appearance of your nose. Perhaps discuss your concerns with
your surgeon. If there is scars pulling your nostrils your doctor might be ale to divide this.
At almost 4 months PO why haven’t all of the dissolvable stitches on comumella fully

It would be best to go and see your surgeon and ask them to
remove the stitch for you, they can take many months to dissolve, however if
you are concerned it would be best to go and see them in person.
