Your photos show some descent and elongation of the earlobes in the post operative views. This can be caused by downward tension on the earlobes, possibly from excessive tension on the skin closure or from anchoring the mobilized SMAS to mobile rather than fixed tissue. When extreme this is often referred to as a pixie ear.

Your nasal tip could be improved quite a bit. Additional views would be helpful for evaluation but deprojection, narrowing, rotation and repositioning of the lateral crura appear to be good options. The indentations you see are from the way the tip cartilages were modified which may have involved reshaping, scoring and/or suture modification.  This will almost certainly require revision surgery to correct and improve the appearance of your nose.  Revision rhinoplasty requires skill and experience as the previous modifications and scar tissue from healing must be managed.  You should definitely see a surgeon who is highly experienced with revision rhinoplasty procedures.

Your photos show that your left brow is higher than the right.  This could be a physical asymmetry or could be functional with you holding your left brow higher.  This can only be evaluated with an in-person examination.  I do not think you have eyelid ptosis but with your dark eyes it is difficult to rule out on these photographs.  The asymmetry will be correctable, I expect it will require a surgical procedure.  You will need an in-person consult for specific recommendations.

With the black bars on your photos it is impossible to evaluate brow position or the advisability of a midface lift.  There is no doubt that you have significant volume loss in the midface and would benefit from volume enhancement.  This can be accomplished with fat transfer most commonly and in some patients, consideration of cheek implants.  Your chin appears a bit retrusive in both projection and height so you might benefit from a chin implant.  I do not see evidence of masseter hype...

Fractional laser is an excellent treatment for vertical lines around the upper and lower lips.  I consider this the gold standard treatment for the particular concern you have.  It will not have any effect on your lip implant.

From your photos it appears that the incisions from you facelift have healed rather well.  It is difficult to say with certainty without a physical examination if there may be some areas that could be improved.  Strategies for improvement can include scar revision, laser treatment, microneedling, and radiofrequency treatment.  An in person consultation will yield the best advice.

Upper blepharoplasty can be successfully performed in patients with a prominent upper lid sulcus like yourself.  You would benefit from removal of the excess skin of the upper lid and it is important not to have any fat removed as this would make the deep sulcus even worse.  You may benefit from HA filler injections to fill out the lid sulcus as well, I do not find fat transposition in this area very successful in my hands.

Without photos it is difficult to give you specific advice.  In general, if the problem is with loosening and loss of support in the lower facial tissues a facelift will do the most to correct that.  If the problem is with the shape, size or contour of the jaw then implants would be indicated.  In some cases, both implants and facelift surgery together give the best result.  The place to start is a consultation with an experienced facial plastic surgeon.

The lump you see is most likely a prolapsed lacrimal gland.  This means the tear gland for that eye has slipped downward and out into the upper lid.  The gland cannot be removed and a blepharoplasty alone will not correct the problem.  There is a surgical procedure to safely reposition the gland in the orbit, please see a facial plastic or oculoplastic surgeon with experience in this procedure.
