This young lady had a severely twisted nose with difficulty breathing. In addition, she did not like her profile. She was concerned with the hump and the downward pull of the nasal tip when smiling. She underwent a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty to correct not only the aesthetic but also the functional aspect of her nose.
