At two weeks, you still have significant swelling. This is normal and it is way too early to make any judgements about the results. Swelling in fact could account for all of your concerns- overprojected, overrotated tip and the appearance of the upper lip/philtrum. Try to be patient and follow up with your surgeon to address your concerns.

Based on your photos it is difficult to say. It is also way too early to make any judgements about your rhinoplasty. It can take 6 months or more before all swelling resolves- it's possible that you have some asymmetric swelling that makes it appear crooked. I would NOT apply pressure or try to move the bones of the nose manually; things are still healing. I would recommend that you follow up with your surgeon to have him address your concerns.

Thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you look to be an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. This could be done either "open" with a small external incision or "closed" with only internal incisions. This would address your concerns better than a "nonsurgical rhinoplasty" with dermal filler injections. As for your lips, I would do dermal filler injections with something like Juvederm Ultra or Volbella. I would not recommend a lip lift. Please seek out a Board Certified Plastic ...

Thanks for your question. Most absorbable sutures used in rhinoplasty will resolve within 7-10 days. Depending on the type of sutures used, it could take longer. Also, it's likely that you have some dried, crusted blood or mucous around the incision lines that you may be feeling. I would encourage you to follow up with your surgeon to have him address your concerns. Best of luck.

This discoloration 2 weeks after a "freezer burn" is uncommon. It's probably a bit early to call it PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation). The most important thing that you can do to minimize long-term darkening of the skin is to avoid the sun and wear sunscreen. A skin care product with 4% hydroquinone like Obagi Clear or Triluma may also be used. If there is pigmentation that remains after a few months, it could be treated with a IPL or other laser or light devices.

In my opinion it is way too early to make any judgments about the results of your surgery. You no doubt still have significant swelling and it would be a mistake to do any kind of revision this early. Don't despair, be patient and discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Based on the photos provided, your upper eyelid blepharoplasty results are actually quite good. There is slight asymmetry with the medial (inner) segment of the eyelid fold being different between the two sides. Based on your photos, it appears you have excess fat of multiple areas including the upper abdomen, lower abdomen, back and flanks (love handles). We do both Coolsculpting and tumescent liposuction in my practice and based on my experience, I would recommend liposuction to address your concerns. To the extent that you may have some excess visceral fat (internal), that would be best addressed with weight loss. Hope this helps.

Strictly speaking, facial nerve weakness with forehead and eyelid paralysis is not "normal" after this surgery. If the main nerve branches to this area were cut, function may return partially or completely but this would take several months. Primarily what I see is a lack of volume in your mid-central cheeks. I think you would benefit greatly from a moderate amount of dermal filler to add volume. If you're careful to not over-inject, I think your appearance would be enhanced in a very natural looking way. It would not only make you look for youthful, but also better rested. Find an experienced injector in your area, preferably a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who does the injections themselves.

Based on your limited photo, it appears you would benefit from dermal filler injections to the "marionette" area, from the corner of the mouth downwards. Also, a small amount of filler at the corner of the mouth itself could turn the corner upwards a slight bit. Adding volume with fillers to the midface would enhance these results for a more lifted look. For a longer lasting result compared to other dermal filler products, I would suggest using Bellafill, a long-term filler lasting 5 years...

Thanks for your question. At two weeks post-op you are no doubt still swollen and all things being considered you really look quite good for being this early in your recovery. That being said, the ridge of swelling or rippling that you see on the right cheek may be from sutures placed in the SMAS as part of what is called a SMAS plication. It appears that the tragus is still swollen but after the swelling resolves, I would not be surprised if a small touch-up will be necessary. My guess is that there is probably still some small amount of subcutaneous fat on the underside of the skin there. In addition, the square shape of the tragus is not exactly ideal- typically it should look more triangular. Touching that up would be fairly simple to do as well, in the office under local anesthesia.
