Botox is great for the wrinkles that occur with motion which would target the crows feet or "smile lines". In regards to the wrinkles directly under the eyes, it may be worth it to ask your plastic surgeon about pinch blepharoplsty, which removes the extra skin under the eyes.

Volbella is a very fine/smooth filler used for "smokers lines". The reason this filler does not last very long is because it is around an area of motion. This is pretty standard for this type of filler in this area.

Endoscopic browplasty would be something that you could benefit from. This is done by making small incisions in the scalp and using devices known as Endotines. This elevates the brow into a higher position providing you with a more awake look.

At our office we use the standard dose of 20 units in the glabella. This looks like it is a very strong muscle for you. If you notice movement with 20 units, you can always get additional units after a week.
Is there a possibility of hitting a nerve during FaceTite for neck?

There is a chance of nerve damage with this procedure. However, Facetite is done safely by using a large amount of tumescent which provides a safety feature by "puffing" up the area to stay away from the nerves. In regards to the two vertical bands, these are called platysma bands, which are muscles. These muscles cannot be treated with Facetite. These muscles would either be improved with surgery or with botox. There is a fair amount of swelling, mostly due to the amount of tumescent used.
Will a lip lift change my nose?
