It looks like the brows are contributing to the hooded appearance to your eyes. I don't think an upper blepharoplasty is needed at this time. Placing the botox around the brows to inhibit the muscles that bring your brows down will help to open up your eyes and lift the brows. That's a good conservative first step.

Yes, you would be a good candidate for a lip lift. As you are so astute to point out, the corners of your lips will appear to be hidden after the central lip is lifted with a traditional bullhorn lip lift procedure. A corner lip lift would need to be added to ensure the corners are lifted as well. This is done by removing skin from just above the upper lip border along the outside of the lips. It would be best to combine these two approaches together.

A (subnasal) lip lift raises the center of your upper lip but will not address the corners. From the pictures, it looks like you have had fillers before. The corners are down-turned and can be somewhat improved with Botox to the depressor muscles of your lower lip. A corner lip lift could add more benefit since your upper lip hangs over the corner of the lips.

Based on the shape of your nose and the droop of your tip on side view, a lip lift will decrease the distance between your nose and the upper lip border which could possibly increase the prominence of the droop of the nasal tip. I would recommend both a tip rhinoplasty to raise and elevate the nasal tip and combine this with a lip lift for the best outcome and balance of your facial features.

Yes, it is possible to still get the surgery despite having recently had fillers to the under eye area. I would recommend hyaluronidase injection before surgery to allow uninterrupted healing and for the best assessment of volume that needs to be replaced. After simple dental cleaning it would be reasonable to have lip fillers. After a bigger dental procedure like removing teeth and deep cleaning, you will probably experience swelling around your mouth and lips that would not make it ideal to have injections performed right after. I would recommend rescheduling your lip injection for at least 1 week after your dental procedure to allow enough time to heal.

6 months ago I would have said no to this question but since seeing patients (not my own) with late adverse effects (probability is 1 in 3000) after filler injections particularly with  juvederm products combined with other fillers I would tell you differently. It should be fairly easy to contact the other doctor’s office to ask what was used. You are definitely smart to ask this question at your consultation. Your hairline will noticeably change from an incision placed into the temple area. Incisions placed expertly just within the hairline should be able to be well hidden and not effect how you wear your hair.
