Radiesse and voluma work well in the chin area and have reasonable longevity – an experienced injector can place in the lateral portions of chin area to achieve a more proportional appearance.  If you like the look after placing the fillers, down the line you might consider a chin implant if you want a more permanent solution (along with removal of the liquid silicone).
