Thank you for your question. I perform a very detailed examination for every breast augmentation patient that comes into our office for a consult. The examination includes specific measurements that help me come up with a good size for my patients. Our patients also are able to try on special sizing implants in a bra prior to deciding on a size.

Thank you for your question. In my practice I would not offer you a mini tummy tuck. I would offer you a full tummy tuck with a rectus muscle plilcation. The reason being is that a mini tummy tuck only enables the surgeon to resect a small amount of extra skin from about 6 cm above the vaginal orifice to above. You seem to have a bit more laxity in your skin tissues for that particular procedure.

Thank you for your question and thank you for your picture. While it is difficult to tell without an actual examination The bump could meet many things. A bump on a scar could point to a hypertrophic area of scarring which normally is treated by steroid injections or massage with a silicone scar gel. A breast augmentation timing question is one that is a very iportant decision. I generally advise patient’s who are going to have children in the near future to wait until after pregnancy to have the procedure. The reason being is that breast feeding and the enlargement of the breast may change the shape and size of the breast. Patients can certainly breast feed after a breast augmentation.
