Although your breasts have been lifted, I do see what you are saying about a continued droopy appearance. I think you could benefit from additional lifting and reshaping. This would require another anchor skin pattern approach. So essentially your current scars would be removed, the areolar diameter made smaller, and the whole breast envelope elevated and tightened.
