Cosmetic Plastic surgery is totally elective and should be done only when you are in optimal condition.
I would ask your plastic surgeon to put you in contact with the anesthesiologist who will be putting you asleep and get his/her opinion.
Alternatively make an appointment ASAP with your primary care provider who can perform a physical exam and order basic lab work.
Over the counter medications can help with symptoms but…
