Did surgeon remove too much skin from my eyelids?
post op upper lid bleph
Jun 28, 2022
You have a deep set eye with prominent full brow. You can see in the before picture that you have some redundant skin, but not a lot of fat behind it. When that skin is removed, you will usually look a little bit more hollow. However it does not look like they took too much skin. You have a nice crease and platform, with some skin still there. Everything will eventually drop again!
Fat transfer and stem cells – is it better?
fat and stem cells
Mar 24, 2022
You are correct – the fat which is transferred has the stem cells. There is no need to add additional stem cells which may be of little use anyway.
Age 28, male – does upper blepharoplasty ‘raise’ your eyelids?
ptosis
Feb 21, 2022
You have ptosis, with only a little bit of extra skin. A ptosis repair will open you eyes by tightening the muscles. You should see an oculoplastic surgeon who will evaluate your eyelid muscles to determine what surgery would be best for you.
Best option for lower eyelid skin?
lower eyelid
Feb 16, 2022
From this photo it looks like you have enough eyelid skin that some should be removed. You would also benefit from some radiofrequency or other energy device to help improve the skin quality.
Do I need a ptosis surgery for both eyes?
ptosis
Feb 14, 2022
You have ptosis of the upper eyelids, worse on the left. Ptosis surgery would help to open you eyes and should make a nice difference.
