Thank you for your photo and question.It sounds as though you are interested in a breast reduction which will in fact also provide a lift. This is an excellent option as you have ample breast tissue. The procedure is limited by the amount of upper pole fullness you can create. The implant will not lift the breast. Absolutely. Fat transfer to the face can be done under local anesthesia.The areas fat is going to be taken from will also need to be made numb in addition to the face. The face is easy to make numb and keep you comfortable.
