The bumps on your upper eyelid are exactly what you describe as Milia.  These are tiny cysts that can form along the suture line.  They usually go away by themselves but if still present after 3 months they can easily be “picked off” in the office on your next visit.

As one of the other doctors already advised, your profile view is perfect.  I also would not recommend a Rhinoplasty or other procedure.  You would be taking an unnecessary risk and ruin what you currently have.

It does appear as though you have a residual hump on your nose but even though it feels hard, there may still be some swelling.  It is not a good idea to go back and rasp for at least six months and preferably 9 months to allow complete healing to occur before inflicting additional surgical trauma.

Scars in the upper eyelids after Blepharoplasty will rarely respond to Kenalog injections or laser treatments because of the very thin skin.  The only effective treatment is to remove the old scar and meticulously close the incision to get a better scar. Using subcuticular suture is frequently helpful to get a more favorable scar.  This can easily be done under local Anesthesia.  The only caution is that the surgeon needs to make sure there is enough skin in the upper eyelids so that you do...

Wearing a compression dressing is not critical in keeping the neck area smooth and tight. It is a helpful tool in the post surgical period.  At 3 weeks, you still have a lot of swelling and the neck is likely to improve over the next 2-3 months.  If at 6 months you still have loose skin or lumpiness under the chin, then there may be reason to be concerned.
