This 25 year old patient underwent a scarless facial reshaping that included a buccal lipectomy for creation of a more heart-shaped face, liposuction of her neck for jawline contouring, stem cell facial fat grafting for improved facial contours and correction of a ‘tired’ appearance underneath her eyes. The patient also underwent placement of a chin implant for improved facial expression and neckline lengthening.
