Without any photos, it is difficult to determine whether microneedling alone will be enough to correct surgical scarring on the face. Scars require special techniques and timing treatment is critical to successfully lightening and erasing scars. Botox itself cannot raise histamine levels. In fact, none of the neuromodulators used today, including Dysport or Xeomin, will have any impact on histamine levels. As long as you are not allergic to any compounds in Botox and know what to expect, you will not have to worry about problems with Botox.
