It appears as if you have a protruding hymenal remnant. This can certainly happen after a vaginal delivery. And yes, it can be removed in an office setting. I would suggest that you consult with a gynecologist with experience dealing with this sort of problem.

Unfortunately, bruising can occur after a labiaplasty procedure. I would encourage you to use cold packs to decrease swelling and provide some comfort. I would minimize anti inflammatories due to the possible risk of increased bleeding. I would also encourage you to minimize activity over the next few days. If things continue to worsen, please see your surgeon sooner than scheduled.

Based on your photos, your left labia minora appears larger than your right one. Given this asymmetry and your discomfort, I believe you would be a great candidate for a labia minoraplasty. In addition, a radio frequency technology like ThermiVa may be a good option for you in order to address your described deflated appearance of your vulva.
