Follow-Up Question: I still have a large bag in one eye 4 months post op trasnconjunctival blepharopl
left lower lid problem
Sep 30, 2018
Your left lower lid does appear full and this does appear as fat, but an in person exam in needed to know for sure... At this point, I would wait another two months and consider a fat repositioning surgery, or filler to the tear trough. Best of Luck

Are my uneven eyelids worth fixing?
uneven eyelids
Sep 30, 2018
It appears as though you have mild left upper lid ptosis and are likely raising your brow to expose more of your lid platform on your left side... There are several treatment options for this condition..... The best way to start is with an exam by someone who does a high volume of ptosis and brow surgery... Good Luck

White bump/ridge where I had cheek fillers. Will this settle?
white area
Aug 22, 2018
If this is radiese it will likely stay there. There are several techniques to try and get rid of radiese (see an experienced injector). If it is a HA it will likely go away with time. I looks as though the filler migrated or was placed to superficially.
Good Luck

asymmetry
Aug 2, 2018
Thanks for the questions. In order to know the final results of the surgery, you need to wait until you fully heal. There are several things that can be asymettric... crease height, lid position, brow etc... be patient and let all the of the swelling resolve. Good luck.

What can I do about a hard bulge left under my eye from Restylane?
resty bulge
Jun 17, 2018
There is minimal swelling. Partially dissolve the filler and massage it upward. The filler is below the tear trough and appears to be excessive in volume. I would avoid steroids and 5FU at this point. It does not appear to be inflamed, however, if the area is firm and mildly warm, a granulomas lkely exist, and 5FU is likley the right option. While granulomas are more common with calcium hydroxyap, HA fillers can produce them as well. Good...
Wanting to do laser resurfacing, upper eye lid lift and filler for frown lines. Who do I see?
tired look and lower lids
Jun 17, 2018
Thank you for the questions. You have a small amount of temporal brow ptosis which may be leading to the tired look you see... The skin on the lowers are sun damaged, but you are a beautiful women. If you want to improve your periorbital area, I would consider a low down time laser to stimulate collagen production without risking adverse events. In addition, a pulse light treatment in combo would help. If you do any surgery, I would rec a temporal brow lift. You...
Is this ptosis?
left upper lid ptosis
Jun 17, 2018
Thanks for photo. You have ptosis of the left upper lid and right (to a lesser degree) as well. You are in frontalis (forehead muscle) spasm (left more than right) to compensate for the ptosis of the left upper lid. When and if you have this repaired, your left brow will likely fall and match the right upper lid. Be careful with neuromodulator injection (i.e. botox, dysport) as this will lead to relaxation of the brow and unmasking of the always present ptosis.....
I have had Botox to my frown lines, forehead and eyes 3 days ago and have developed a swollen red eye
swollen lid
Jun 17, 2018
Thanks for the question. while botox is used to relax your muscular tone in your face, it also effects the oil gland in your lids and face.... Your swollen lid could be from a few different things, most likely unrelated to your injection... However, when the oil glands are suppressed, the oil in the glands may remain stagnant and not move leading to inflammation and potentially a chalazion or stye. I suggest your see your ophthalmologist or oculofacial plastic surgeon for help with...
Eyelid dropping 4 days post Botox. Will this get worse? How long till it goes away?
eyelids after botox
Jun 17, 2018
Thanks for the pics.... a couple things... sorry you are having trouble... The neuromodulator you had injected takes 4-7 days to start working and 10-14 days to reach maximal effect.... Both of your lids are lower in the after pic, however, your head is in a different position... meaning your chin in closer to your neck in the second pic. In doing so, your eyeball stays in the same place, while your lids and face move downward giving the appearance of a lower lid. That doesnt mean your...
What’s wrong with my eyes? They don’t appear symmetrical.
asym eye
May 24, 2018
It looks as though you right lateral brow is lower then the left. The right brow then covers what is called the lid platform making the eyes look different. you may gain more symmetry with a lateral brow lift, or your doctor could use a neuromodulator to help with symmetry. Good luck

lateral peak
May 24, 2018
Thank you for your photos. The lateral brow was not treated. Some injectors do this to give you a more contoured brow, however, on animation the brow can look odd. It will unlikely resolve however, botox max effect is between 10 and 14 days. Good luck
Dr Z

ptosis surgery
May 24, 2018
Thanks for the photo. Rest assured that this will improve with time. The swelling in the eyelid is producing a more severe ptosis and giving you the heavy sensation. As the swelling resolves, you will improve. Good luck

Eyelids too big 1 month after upper blepharoplasty - what can be done?
after fat/steroid/multiple lid surgery
May 10, 2018
Sorry for your long adventure. It looks as though you have been devolumized. I wouldnt do any more injections or surgery for another three months. Let everything settle down to see where things fall. My guess is that you are still swollen in some areas... you may end of needing filler injections in your upper lids and lower lids/midface as well. I would stay away from fat at this point as you have already had a bad experience.
Good luck
Dr Z
What can I do for my under eyes?
lower lid
May 10, 2018
Although an in person consult is needed, it looks as though you need move volume, and improvement of your skin texture and tone. I would rec filler and laser. good luck!

Lump on Upper eyelid after revision surgery - is it a cyst? 3 months post op.
bump on eyelid
May 10, 2018
Looks like a problem with a retained suture or an inclusion cyst from skin cells. best to remove it.
