First step would be to find out why your right lower eyelid looks like that and is the right eye bulging. An imaging scan could be done if the eye measurements are off. Hello sociable7975,It not necessary to do this procedure under general anesthesia. Using light IV sedation is sufficient. Of course this will depend on may factors which would need to be discussed with your surgeon. Hello leanneF,It is not unusual from lower eyelid blepharoplasty to heal 3-5 months sometimes. As long as it is not interfering with your vision or eyeball it is smart to wait with conservative management by your surgeon  If it is interfering with your vision or eyeball then corrective procedures are available, but comes with risks. Hello mklein0428,It is hard to se your picture clearly because I canmt see your eyes to see the whole picture. However, The general answer is yes you can have your brows balanced out with botox. I do see space between the eyebrow and the lashes that is more visable on the second picture. Your eyes in the first picture looks beautiful. The second picture is a bit hard to decipher.
